Written Journey is a statless, freeform Pokemon roleplay roughly based on the games - people are given a Pokedex and a starter Pokemon (by either a Professor or by a family member, even perhaps by having raised it from when they were young) at which point they choose to set out on their journey.
At Written Journey, we encourage people to play characters at all stages of their Journey, whether they are working their way up to claiming a Champion role, or still trying to work out how to compete in Contests. Every and anything from the Pokemon games are welcome here, including Rangers!
Enjoy creating your own plots, rather than having to keep up with a site-based plot. Create your own villainous team, should you choose. Whatever you want to do, feel free! This is your Written Journey, where you choose to take it is up to you!
